It's a good day! In addition to several other important "to-do's" on my list and spending some time with my kids, I will be able to "check-off" "start blog" from my list today. It feels good to check goals off your list.
It will be interesting to see just what ends up here. I'm not much on the social networking scene...I, often unfortunately, tend to migrate more towards wanting to discuss the heavier issues of life, business, social problems, government, etc. and don't always find folks up for that. (Have you met my husband?)
I look forward to sharing and hearing from others with this. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm usually up for a good old-fashion "discussion". (Others sometime refer to it as arguing while I always think of it as passionate discussions.)
Join me in the journey!

Well, in my view of life, you'll never get out of it alive. Unless you are caught up with the Lord in the air. Which could be most any day now.
ReplyDeleteBusiness?? Well, it's not to hot right now with our present administraition. But I didn't help put them in office!
Social problems? They are only going to get worse in this "new world order" that we are slowly evolving into. Or should I say being forced in to!
Government? I say that the tea party was only a start. I would like to see every elected official voted out of office when the elections come around again. After all, our nation is FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE! It is not intended for some idiot to be installed for a life time living off of the people! Let's put new blood/thinkers in there to represent us and not thier personal intrest or who can funnnel them the most money.
I've had my say and if it offended anyone, you might have been a part of putting these people in office.
I love my Lord, my family and my country, all in that order.
Kimberly, congrats on your blog! About the serious issues of the day....I made a decision to postpone listening to any news until 4 pm every day. It has brought a lot of peace! About 90% of the news is negative and concerns what's wrong with the world! I figure if anything terrible happens, someone is going to tell me about it. I want to be informed, but it can wait until most of the day is over.
